Pickups or drop-offs outside Puerto Morelos, including Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and other locations, are not included in the base price and may be available for an additional fee, subject to confirmation.

Any change to the confirmed pickup location, drop-off location, route, or destination may incur an additional transportation charge, even within Puerto Morelos. Fees depend on the requested locations and whether the service is one-way or round-trip. All additional charges must be confirmed with PM Riviera Transport & Travel before the transportation service is provided.
